2.11 Prepare condensed books of evidence and authorities

Last Reviewed: June, 2023 Reviewed by: Court of Appeal Staff

Read the Rules

Rule 37 has more information about condensed books of evidence and condensed books of authorities.

Condensed books of evidence and authorities are not required, but they can be helpful to the court because they only include the portions of the evidence and authorities that you intend to refer to during the hearing. Condensed books are submitted to the Court at the hearing of the appeal by providing one paper copy for each justice in the division and one paper copy for each other party.

Follow the completion instructions for condensed books of authorities and condensed books of evidence
